WARREN — After trailing 6-0 with just seconds remaining in the third quarter, Warren G. Harding outscored the Panthers of Youngstown East 15 to 8 in the final 12 minutes of the game, which was capped by a 26-yard field goal by senior kicker Ben Penman with less than 2 minutes remaining in the contest as the Raiders came back to win 15-14.
